Against Women?

For Generations, Women’s Voices Have Been Dismissed

  • Why has speaking openly about your pain been treated like a threat?
  • Why do outdated beliefs about women’s worth still shape our culture?
  • It’s time to end the shame.

Abortion: More Than a Choice. More Than You Know

You thought you made a choice. But was it really YOUR choice?

The influences were subtle. The pressure was real. The abandonment that followed was devastating.

You’re not alone. There’s a way forward.

Healing From Abortion.
What it is and what it isn’t.

You’ve tried to forget. You’ve tried to move on. You’ve tried everything except true healing.

If you’re finally ready to process your experience or looking for clarity after years of carrying this secret, these resources offer truth, prayer, & honest conversation with care & no judgment.

Start with the Spiritual Core. Talk therapy can offer relief, but without addressing the deeper spiritual wounds, healing often remains temporary.

When you’re ready to face the lingering emotions surrounding your abortion experience, You Can Be Set Free is here to walk with you. You may have tried every coping mechanism—talk therapy, distraction, or denial—but found the relief only temporary. Here, you will find a place of patient listening, compassion, and understanding—with no judgment.

You and I both know the pain runs deeper than emotions alone. There is a spiritual element at the core of your hurt that must be addressed for true healing to begin. Emotional care is necessary, but it’s not enough on its own to bring lasting peace.

While the memory of your experience may remain, the pain, regret, and shame don’t have to. With spiritual truth and gentle guidance, those burdens can be released—so they no longer define or enslave you. Healing is possible, and it begins with honesty, grace, and hope.

Most often there is a coercive element in making the choice.

Denying the abortion experience is not always possible

Why isn't the abortion experience publicly discussed?

What's Often Left Unspoken

  • Many decisions involved pressure from others – friends, family, partners, influencers
  • The “choice” wasn’t always as free as it seemed
  • Ignoring the experience doesn’t make it disappear
  • The abandonment afterward compounded the trauma
  • Why isn’t the reality of coercion discussed openly?
  • Was it really her choice, or was she influenced by others who claimed to know what was best?

Mission Statement

I was drawn into this issue by a supernatural force.  The testimonies of women coerced to abort forever changed me causing me to question my lifelong proclamation to Christianity.  Why hadn’t I ever reached out to them?   I was forced to confront my faith and what that meant and face some uncomfortable realities about myself and my faith.

Abortion is an enigma’ forever present in todays culture which has become readily accepted by many without meaningful discussion of the emotional, physical, psychological, and spiritual consequences for those who experience it, resulting in women not only left to deal in the aftermath alone, but also enslaved to the secrecy which surrounds abortion.

Those who carry the trauma of an abortion often yearn to move on… To leave the experience behind and return to a sense of normalcy. Yet, they may find themselves confronted by lingering physical and emotional pain, and by powerful feelings of regret, emptiness, anger, and shame. Over time, life may appear to progress, but beneath the surface there can be a deep sense of isolation and anxiety, worsened by the absence of anyone who truly understands. Brief moments of relief are soon overtaken by what feels like constant lows, creating an emotional turbulence that clouds hope and conceals the need for healing. As a result, many remain unable to move beyond the weight of their abortion experience and into the peace and freedom they deserve.

It is the mission of this ministry to help women struggling in these ways to experience the comfort and joy that only healing through Jesus Christ can provide.  Women need and deserve to be “set free” from the bondage of their abortion and this is indeed attainable.

Real Stories. Real Freedom.

Healing starts with knowing you’re not alone. These are the voices of real women who’ve walked through pain, regret, silence — and came out the other side with peace.
